Our Vision and Mission

Mission Statement: To provide valuable employment law services to the client in the form of compliance, advice, investigations, litigation, and ultimately, solutions, whether the client is an individual, small business, or multi-national corporation, while at the same time developing and maintaining strong business relationships.
Vision: Employment Law 3.0. To provide client-focused, effective, and superior delivery of employment law-related services, whether in-person or virtually, in a manner that provides value, efficiency, trust, and shared risk, rather than cost uncertainty, apportionment of risk, and lack of trust due to the billable hour.
Values:
1) Passionate about employment law.
2) Value-Based Pricing: We do not price our services by billables, but by value as established by results and solutions. This means that we will have a conversation you to understand your needs and provide an assessment of possible fee structures. Depending on the case, situation, or scope of services, this may be a fixed fee, contingency fee, or even a subscription service.
3) Creativity in achieving results.

5) Fiduciary – we will act in your best interests.
6) We are acutely aware of the post-COVID landscape. To that end, we will focus on a virtual law office, to keep our overhead low, and use Zoom and related remote services to maximize your safety concerns and provide ease of communication.
7) Integrity, honesty: To provide the best advice to you, with an honest assessment of actual or potential outcomes, without minimizing any risks or adverse possibilities.
Ultimately, my goal is to provide a better alternative to the standard law firm. This will be done using technology such as the client’s preferred remote communication tool (whether Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another provider). Importantly, Erdal Employment Law maintains a virtual law office in Verona, New Jersey, which will substantially reduce the costs associated with a brick-and-mortar office space.
