But numbers also demonstrate how working proactively gets results - the industry average for buyers backing out of contracts runs between 15-20%, but my contract fall-out rate has never exceeded 5%. When a buyer backs out of a contract, 90% of the time it could have been prevented, and it costs the seller time and money, so I work strategically to help ensure that doesn’t happen. Our Story

In 2005, as a single Mom I knew I needed a career change, not only to be able to put my two children through college, but also to be a good role model for them by demonstrating you can achieve your hopes and dreams if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone. So I took a leap of faith and jumped into a career in real estate and was determined to succeed. I worked hard and slowly built a thriving real estate business, having closed over 600 transactions in my first 11 years, and I am proud to report I put both of my children through college and now get to watch them chase their dreams.

As a 30+ year resident of Vero Beach, I truly enjoy our lovely beachside community and all it has to offer. As a long-time resident with 13+ years in real estate, I have an in depth knowledge of the area, market conditions and current inventory and take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and expertise with buyers and sellers.
