Last Thursday evening we held our fantastic annual Holiday Party at the Environmental Learning Center and collected toys for the Gifford Youth Achievement Center. Somebody call a doctor! Our IRCBA Sawbones amputated the hopes and dreams of the doctor’s Sawbones today at the beautiful Jackie Robinson Training Complex. Congrats to all the players and the United Way.

On Thursday, December 16th, the Indian River County Bar Holiday Party was held for the first time in two years. More than one hundred members and guests celebrated on a picture perfect evening at the the beautiful Environmental Learning Center. Thank you to everyone who attended, and a special thanks to Wild Thyme Catering, Barwick Entertainment and Tiffany Flanary Photography for making the evening so special. Our annual holiday tradition is back! Please join us at the social event of the winter season as the IRC Bar presents the annual holiday party December 16 at the Environmental Learning Center, 255 Love Oak Drive, Vero Beach. After a year off we look forward to seeing everyone in person once again.

You can't win every year! Thanks to everyone that participated in this years game. We can't wait to see you in the spring battle it out against the doctors in our annual Sawbones v Jawbones Spectacular!

Huge congrats this evening goes out to the Martin County Bar Association!

The voluntary bar associations in the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida played their annual softball tournament October 16 at Sandhill Crane Park in Port St. Lucie.

And MCBA went unbeaten and captured the crown!

The Martin County Bar Association won both of their games against the St. Lucie Bar Association and the Indian River County Bar Association. The games were umpired by Chief Judge Tony Schwab and Senior Judge Bob Pegg.

After a spirited morning of competition, the three teams sat down and enjoyed a barbeque lunch together to promote circuit unity. The 3 team captains, Lillian Ewen (SLCBA), Adam Schwartz (MCBA), and Dane Ullian (IRCBA) worked together to orchestrate the event.

Congrats again, MCBA!
