Congratulations to the sellers of this adorable Cape. They loved this home so much that they bought it twice! They lived in it sold it moved on then when it came back on the market years later they bought it again. I held 3 OH over the weekend and had 60 families through it and 14 offers and sold 48k over asking price. Sellers were elated with the amount of activity.
