When most people think about buying land, they usually start by shopping for raw land. A few acres and blank slate may sound like a dream.

But then reality hits. There are no utilities at the street. No road access. And your lender starts asking questions you don't have answers to yet.

An infill lot is different. You're building inside an already developed neighborhood. The utilities are already there, and comps already exist.

That means your lender conversation is cleaner, your budget has fewer surprises, and your loan is easier to underwrite.
