Okay, this is the kind of listing where the details are doing a lot of the talking.

Half-acre lot, four bedrooms with their own baths and walk-in closets, the multi-gen suite, giant glass sliders, indoor-outdoor setup, RV space, and that backyard ready for whatever the next owner wants to do with it.

There’s a lot here to communicate, so the media has to actually give people a reason to stop scrolling.

Some homes are easy to photograph. Others give you a lot more to work with.

A loft, a separate multi-gen suite, huge kitchen, covered patio, landscaped yard, you want the media to make those features obvious instead of making an agent explain every room in the listing description.

That’s the job.

This is exactly why we like shooting properties with a lot of land. 😂

You’ve got the house, the views, the barn, the pastures, the garages, the workshop… there’s no shortage of things to show.

For agents, that also means you need media that actually covers the property instead of making everything look like the same 10 interior shots.
