Today marks the start of National Surveyors Week. There are many surveyors who work closely with our firm's real estate related practice groups.

Surveying has advanced civilizations and land development long before we had traffic lights, sky scrapers and even paved roads. As cities grow and change, planning is vital to nearly all projects that will impact land and its layout.

Surveying is also used in many other industries including transportation, communication, mapping and the definition of legal boundaries for land ownership. We applaud our region's surveyors this week!
