We have a well built Modular Aluminum Entrance Ramp at a property in Washington. We are looking for a Veteran 🇺🇸 to donate it to. We believe it is ADA compliant and less than a year old. The VFW and Legion have been asked as well. If you know of anyone please contact us and I can help move it.

Thank you !!!

EXPUNGEMENT LAW AMENDMENTS

There has been recent reform to expungement law in Missouri, which will take effect January 1, 2025. Subject to statutory criteria and restrictions, changes to the expungement law include the following:

Presently, an individual can obtain an expungement of up to two misdemeanor offenses (or ordinance violations) and one felony offense. Under the amended law, an individual may be granted an expungement of up to three misdemeanor offenses (or ordinance violations) and two felony offenses.

If you previously obtained an expungement of two misdemeanors or an expungement of one felony and have remaining offenses, you may now qualify for expungement of those other offenses.

Please call our office to schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys at (636)583-7908 to determine your eligibility for expungement of one or more infractions, misdemeanors, ordinance violations, or felonies.

The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.

One of our clients was greatly injured by a vicious dog. Earlier today, we obtained a large judgment for our client. Great job to Caleb and Mistie of our office who helped obtain this outcome.

Congratulations

Our law partner, Scott A. Fulford, spent the first part of this week in a criminal law jury trial in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Missouri. Our client was charged with two felonies and faced a potential term of imprisonment of 5 years to life.

At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on both felony counts.

Congratulations to our client and to our law partner, Scott A. Fulford.

As many of you might know, The Hon. Stanley D. Williams has dutifully served Franklin County as Judge of Division 7 for more than 25 years. Judge Williams is an amazing person and an amazing judge. Judge Williams decided to retire and, as such, Judge of Division 7 was up for election in August’s primary.

To be a judge has been a life-long dream of our managing partner, Mark Brinkmann. So, when Mr. Brinkmann heard the news of Judge Williams’ retirement, Mr. Brinkmann decided to run for the judgeship.

Running for a county-wide election takes a lot of time and effort on the candidate, the candidate’s family, and the candidate’s supporters. Mr. Brinkmann worked tirelessly over the last few months and somehow managed to remain a good husband to Kelly, a good dad to his three kids, a good lawyer for his clients, and a good business partner to his firm.

We are pleased to announce that on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, Mr. Brinkmann won the primary contest for Franklin County Associate Circuit Judge, Division 7.

There are few people who can fill the spot so well-maintained by Judge Williams for so many years. We are confident, however, that Mr. Brinkmann is the best person to attempt to do so.

The August 2 primary results are truly bitter-sweet for all of us here at Robinson Brinkmann & Fulford. The selfish side is that we are losing a friend and colleague. However, we know Mark and his family have prayed on his run for Judge and we know his heart is in being the best Judge he can be in Division 7. We also know Mark will make an incredible judge.

CONGRATULATIONS MARK, HIS WIFE KELLY, AND THEIR KIDS!!
Mark Brinkmann for Judge
