Effective January 1, 2021 a judge may offer diversion of certain charges, which is essentially the ability to earn a full dismissal. (PC 1001.95)
Today I was able to secure an opportunity for a client to earn a dismissal on THREE open cases! Great results like this require the client to be willing but it also requires diligent preparation of motions and knowing the right judges to argue these motions with.

All Orange County courthouses are closed as of today and I am closely monitoring the updates being provided.
Due to the progression of coronavirus (COVID-19), my firm has closed our physical office until further notice. Nevertheless, I still have access to email and am reachable by telephone, so I encourage communication with me by such means and discourage communication by mail.
