I don’t think people outside of real estate truly understand the emotional roller coaster this business can be sometimes. Do you agree?

The missed dinners.
The interrupted vacations.
The late-night phone calls.
The deals falling apart at the absolute worst times.
The pressure of helping guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives every single day.

And sometimes…
The guilt of knowing your family got what was LEFT of you after everybody else got the best of your energy.

I’ve been in this industry for 12 years.

And while I’m incredibly grateful for what this career has provided…
I’d be lying if I said it didn’t come with sacrifice too.

There were moments I missed unexpectedly.
Times I carried stress home when I shouldn’t have.
Times I sat at dinner, on vacation, or with family thinking about a deal that had gone sideways.

There were also moments where I worked incredibly hard for someone…
Only to find out at the very end they chose someone else over a small difference in commission or price.

That stuff affects you more than people realize.

But despite all of it…
I still love this industry.

Because behind every stressful moment is usually a family hoping for a better future.
A first-time buyer excited about a new chapter.
Parents trying to create stability for their kids.
Someone believing life can get better.

And being part of that is a privilege.

To every spouse…
Child…
Girlfriend…
Boyfriend…
Or family member that has supported someone in real estate…
