On September 3, 2021, a federal jury awarded a verdict in favor of our clients for over $4.7 million dollars against Michael White, ECO-Preservation Services, LLC, SERMA Holdings, LLC, and Builder1.com, LLC, all of which have a hand in the operation or management of the private sewer system in Lake View, Alabama, known as the Tannehill Sewer System. The jury found in favor of our clients for their claims of civil rights violations, trespass, nuisance, and outrage. We were truly honored to represent our clients and elated to obtain a favorable verdict on their behalf.
