ATTORNEY SPOTLIGHT | John Brady
John Brady is a shareholder in the firm’s Columbus office. With over 32 years of litigation experience, John has built his practice representing corporate, individual, and government clients in state and federal courts throughout Mississippi. His work spans a broad range of civil litigation matters, including governmental entity defense, corporate and contract disputes, construction defects, premises liability, and insurance-related disputes, as well as extensive appellate work before Mississippi’s appellate courts and the Fifth Circuit. Additionally, John has provided meaningful legal counsel as the board attorney for the Lowndes County Industrial Development Authority, Columbus-Lowndes Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Columbus Housing Authority. Throughout his career, John has also been actively involved in the legal profession, including serving as a Bar Commissioner and Executive Committee Member of The Mississippi Bar, Past President of the Mississippi Civil Defense Lawyers Association, and Past President of the Lowndes County Bar Association.
John has been happily married to his wife, Jennifer, for more than 30 years, and is especially proud of their two daughters, Rachel and Hannah. When he’s not working, John enjoys traveling with his family, has recently renewed his interest in golf, and is an avid follower of both professional and college baseball.
