Every driver must have minimum liability coverage in Oklahoma. You're required by law to carry at least $25,000 for the injury or death of one person, $50,000 for the injury or death of two or more people, and $25,000 for property damage

• Liability insurance does not cover a driver’s own injuries or property damage

• Oklahoma requires drivers to provide proof of liability insurance when registering a vehicle, after an accident, and after being pulled over by police

• Acceptable proof of insurance can come in a few different forms, such as a card provided by the insurer
