Oklahoma Veteran Education Specialist Association - OVESA Advocates promotes and enhances the educational, training and employment opportunities for veterans.

Advocates, promotes and enhances the educational, training and employment opportunities for veterans. Provide a forum for the discussion, coordination and exchange of concepts, policies, and efforts aimed at assisting veteran students in the furtherance of his or her education and training. Improve the educational and training conditions of veterans and enhance their employment potential. Develop

and promote communications among veterans and the administrative officials of all appropriate agencies and institutions. Promote, review, and evaluate research and encourage study of veteran programs and veteran student needs. Advise and assist various federal, state, local and private agencies in the development and implementation of programs designed to improve the status and opportunities of Oklahoma veteran students.
