Happy “Cinco de Buy-O” (Sorry, I had to)… and we did it AGAIN!

Yesterday: Closed on a rental.
Today: Closed on ANOTHER one. Because apparently we don’t believe in taking days off.

That’s contract #3 this month already!

We just battled for of our newest buyers in (yet another) multiple-offer situation with 14 offers on the table (cash buyers, escalation clauses, waived contingencies…etc.)

Today’s win over 13 competitive offers just beat our previous record of winning with 9 offers in hand!

(And we weren’t even the highest price offer 😉)

…Remeber the one we had pending within a few days?

Well…After that full-on bidding war, multiple backup offers, nonstop inquiries, a snowstorm, our sellers closing on and moving to a new home, and one absolutely wild TRR, we officially closed today!

Were there moments of

“Did we make the right call?”
“Is this too much?”
“Why is this house testing everyone involved?”

Absolutely.

But here’s the thing…we don’t disappear when it gets hard. We dig in.

We babysat this house through a snowstorm (no frozen pipes, y’all 🙌), oversaw rebuilt walls, coordinated new electrical panels, managed contractors, navigated inspections, and protected our client’s side of the transaction every step of the way, while also teaching them the art of being negotiable and NEVER leaving money on the table!

And the result?
