Russ Jennings Graves and Tiffany Graves have both earned recognition as two of Oklahoma’s top attorneys, having been named to Super Lawyers in Oklahoma. Russ has been named as a Rising Star for Estate Planning and this is Tiffany’s 10th year as a Super Lawyer in the area of Family Law.

This distinction is awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state, and is determined by peer review and based on excellence in legal practice, professionalism, and client advocacy. Both attorneys are honored to be included.

2.19.25 update- 6:30pm: The Tulsa County Courthouse will remain closed on Thursday, February 20. All other County facilities, including the headquarters building and parks, will delay opening until 10:00am. All facilities will be closing at 5:00pm. The exception is Chandler Park, which may remain closed. Please check the Chandler Park page for updates.

Roads: The sun helped clear some of the snow and ice but refreezing is expected this evening. Crews continue to treat roads, bridges and problem areas.

Temperature: Medical facilities are seeing an increase in exposure and frostbite from the extreme cold. Limit time outdoors and layer up if you must be out. Please check on your neighbors!

Tulsa County is closed again tomorrow due to inclement weather. If you have a case set tomorrow, you will appear at the same time on the next business day the court is open.

Tulsa County Offices will remain closed on Wednesday, February 19, due to inclement weather. This includes the courthouse, headquarters building, and parks facilities. Please check back for updates or visit our website at www.tulsacounty.org
