We went to the mat for our client under the Federal Revenge P**n statute and made new law in Oklahoma. The Court held that receiving a photograph on a cellular phone and then merely showing that photograph to another person without the sender's consent violates the law. This is a huge victory for men and women who have been victimized but have never had a legal remedy. Please call us for a free consult if you believe you have also been victimized in this manner.

We are sad and ashamed by the recent Supreme Court ruling that has set women's rights back to the early 70's. Our position on this matter is both personal and professional. We suspect there will be demostrations in the near future and we wholeheartedly support the same. We have made the decision to keep our office closed to the public until at least May 18th, the day the county courthouses are presently scheduled to open. We will continue to monitor the curve in Oklahoma and very well may extend the public closure in the interest of everyone’s safety. Just over three years and we finally received a settlement for our Worker’s Compensation client. We encountered many roadblocks, including denial of treatment to admitted body parts and ridiculous “peer reviews” of the recommended treatment by the agreed-upon provider.

It sucks being an injured worker in Oklahoma. The legislature has continued to chip away at rights and benefits while the parties have no alternative recourse and no right to a jury trial.

This is why we fight and will continue to fight.
