We're back live, baby!

It has been a long 16 months, but thanks to the vaccine we are back to conducting mediations in person both in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. While I have been most grateful for the Zoom platform, there is just no substitute for seeing your bright, shining, hopeful faces in person. Also, thanks to Zoom, you can have some participants appear remotely as well. The only caveat is that I do continue to wear a mask in any room where there are unvaccinated people.

Last year, Accord Mediation:

- Mediated or arbitrated 164 different cases
- Added five new mediators to our mediation panel
- Conducted 100+ mediations remotely using the Zoom platform

Although I miss the personal interaction with lawyers and their clients, I am impressed with how effective online mediations can be. I hope you and yours stay safe and healthy and that we can return to in-person mediations in 2021.
