One of the hardest parts about losing a loved one, is knowing how to honor their memory. Losing this bright light, and wild soul too early was definitely shocking.

Ragon Francy came up with an excellent way for us to keep him alive in our hearts. Ragon has started a clothing closet for teenagers in foster care. She wants to inspire teenagers to give their very BEST clothes, not their left overs. She wants teenagers in Tulsa County to understand sacrificial giving.

Every day in Oklahoma there are around 1,000 teens in foster care. Approximately 1/3 of them are in group homes. Most of those teens don’t have access to a parent/guardian to buy clothes. Kee’s Kloset will be accessible to Tulsa Lawyers for Children and the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office - which represent all the children in Tulsa County.

BIO:

Taylor Smith is from Cleveland, Texas and graduated from the University of Alabama, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After completing her undergraduate studies, she moved to Oklahoma to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Taylor served as 2L class president in the Student Bar Association, was active in the Women’s Law Association, and was selected by administration to serve as a mentor for first-year law students. Taylor was also chosen to attend a highly-selective Women in Law program at Harvard Law School.

Upon passing the Oklahoma bar, Taylor began her legal career at a boutique estate planning firm in Oklahoma City. During this time, Taylor honed her skills as an estate planner by helping hundreds of families prepare their wills and trusts. Taylor believes that estate planning is family planning, and that a caring heart and sharp legal mind are the perfect combination to make sure that families all across Oklahoma are protected and have peace of mind. Taylor was awarded the NexGen 30 Under 30 in Oklahoma in the legal category in just her second year of practice.

Taylor lives in Jenks with her husband Caleb, and daughter, Stevie. She is a member of Impact Oklahoma - a female-led nonprofit that provides grants to charitable organizations that are making a difference in our state. Taylor loves to spend time with her family, cook, listen to Led Zeppelin, and take cycling classes at CycleBar.
