A victory was won for a client yesterday after he had been assigned a much higher wage in his paternity decree than he actually made.
His ex’s income also doubled in the months after the decree was entered.
Now, he will be paying a much more reasonable amount of child support, and has a generous payment plan to handle his arrearages.
