As a result of the tornado and significant weather-related issues which occurred in March 2020 and the impact on residents in the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee has entered Administrative Order 20-3, Order Relating to Temporary Relief Due to March 2020 Tornado in Middle Tennessee. The administrative order modifies certain Court procedures for parties affected by the tornado.
