Pleased to share a significant defense victory from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, affirming a summary judgment win originally granted by the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

The appellate court held that our law enforcement clients were entitled to qualified immunity on all § 1983 claims, successfully concluding this litigation.

Congratulations to the defense team Mick Rusing, Daniel Torrens, Zoey Kotzambasis and everyone involved in securing this important result for our clients.
