Announcement: The Huff Law Firm is no longer accepting new clients and has officially closed.

Dan Huff has been appointed as a judicial officer in Pima County Superior Court. Laura Huff has transitioned to governmental law practice with the State of Arizona. Given these new roles, Dan and Laura are unable to continue representing clients in legal matters.

If you are a former client and you have any questions regarding retrieval of documents or your case file, or if you have other questions regarding your closed matter, please send an e-mail to [email protected] in order to receive a response.

As part of HLF’s continuing Celebration of 6 Years, we want to highlight the work of our three-doors-down office neighbors, Angel Charity for Children. Angel Charity’s mission is to improve the lives of Pima County’s children and over 41 years it has invested $31M for local children. Just last week Angel Charity awarded opportunity grants, including $75,000 to Arizona Children’s Association to restore the crisis clinician position at the Child Advocacy Center to support child victims of trauma. We are proud to be located in Tucson’s Old Ft. Lowell neighborhood. This weekend brings Ft. Lowell Day!

Details from the City of Tucson: Fort Lowell Day, in partnership with the Old Fort Lowell Neighborhood Association, will be Saturday, Feb. 24, from 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m., at the Fort Lowell Museum, 2900 N. Craycroft Road. Fort Lowell Day celebrates the Fort Lowell Neighborhood, Fort Lowell’s history, and the history of the area those two now encompass. Enjoy a cavalry band performance, a flag-raising ceremony, cavalry drill, a cannon demonstration, and more.

In addition, there also will be self-guided tours, lectures, displays, music, and more. Free admission to Fort Lowell Museum, which will offer docent tours of the museum, is also part of the day.

We are honored to help with the Elf Project Gift Drive each year. The support from the community for the benefit of these children is incredible!

We have had an opportunity to tally the results of our recent Elf Project Gift Drive for Foster Children. We are thrilled to report that this past holiday season the Elf Project raised nearly $15,000 in cash and gift donations for the benefit of 112 children in Arizona foster care! Over the past 3 years, the Elf Project has raised over $35,000 in cash and gift donations for over 200 children in foster care! We sincerely thank our community for donating their time, talent, and money to help make the Elf Project so successful. We also appreciate the support of Tucson Thrives in partnering to make the holidays special for children in foster care. We wish you all the best in the new year! ✨
