The Tucson housing market for August 2026 shows home sales fell 9.9% from the prior year's August levels. Median price increased 2.9% while the Average price moved up 4.3% year over year. Inventory increased 5% from the prior month to 4.46 months' supply. New listings dropped 1.4% YoY. Buyers continue to have the upper hand and are very selective on what they want in the home they buy.
