Being present and engaged with my family! Learning to be more intentional through my actions. Life gets busy and routine becomes safe but that’s when you become blinded to what’s truly important. Scarlett will only be at this age once and missing it would be full of regrets, there’s no way to go back in time.

An unforgettable 10/10 omakase experience this afternoon. Chef Peter stepped outside his usual style and created something truly special. He doesn’t normally do omakase, which made this experience even more unique. Every ingredient was handpicked far in advance, and you could feel the thought, care, and mastery behind each course. Today was his off day, but really wanted an intimacy started with story of the ingredients, then to how he prepared, then into our bellies!

Each dish felt like a piece of art — perfectly balanced flavors, beautiful presentation, and incredible attention to detail. From the first bite to the last, it was clear we were experiencing the work of a chef at the top of his craft.

This wasn’t just dinner; it was a carefully curated journey. Chef Peter’s passion and creativity turned the evening into something we’ll never forget. Easily the best omakase we’ve ever had. Truly special. Thank you again for everything and making our lunch date spectacular! Generous portions of Toro and Uni!

What a weekend! Went duck hunting for the first time with and .bowen! Huge thanks to these two for bringing a newbie along. Woke up at 3am to make it to our secret spot before 5:30am. Then cedar point the next day for Halloweekend. Thought my body was tighting from standing in line, nope was from the rides 😆. Played 4.0+ non dupr tournament at this past weekend! Getting ready for tournaments with my partner ! Just two guys climbing for that gold. Introducing the new featherweight pickleball champion, weighing in at 6lbs 12oz, 20 inches long, undefeated and born on August 2, 2025 at 12:58am; Scarlett Yen Pan 潘安然!! Crazy how tolerable we are with your screams and cries when it’s our own flesh and blood 🫣🤫😅. We welcome our daughter and can’t wait to show you how fun, exciting, and peaceful life can be! We are so fortunate we have so many friends, family, and family by choice in our corner to help mold and always be there for you. Daddy has been working out a lot of generational trauma so now they won’t get passed to you, but only generational blessings! Can’t wait to see the woman of God you become.
