You may have spotted a couple new faces around the office this summer — meet Julia Cogan and Mackenzie Mekeel, our two law clerks for the season.

Both are rising 3Ls at Albany Law School. Julia grew up here in the Capital Region and is interested in Estate Planning. Mackenzie came from Avon in western New York for UAlbany, stayed for Albany Law, and is leaning toward civil litigation.

Outside the office, Julia's a live-music fanatic who's usually at a concert somewhere. Mackenzie plays soccer, hunts down new restaurants, and lives with two cats named Gizmo and Gadget.

They've still got a few weeks left with us — what restaurants, venues, or under-the-radar Troy spots do they need to hit before summer's over? Drop your favorites below.
