Congratulations to Sabra Tomb, on receiving the Leadership Ohio Professional Excellence Award! We're proud to have her as part of our team!

The Professional Excellence Award recognizes an alumnus whose accomplishments, integrity and leadership distinguish them within their profession and reflect positively on Leadership Ohio.

Sabra Tomb, Esq., is Director of Training Programs and Strategic Business Development and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Dayton School of Law. An attorney, educator, program builder and national speaker, Tomb works at the intersection of legal education, workforce development, technology, public service and innovation. As a former Attorney-Advisor with the Air Force Research Laboratory, she supported a multibillion-dollar research and development enterprise. She has served as a Guardian ad Litem, represented parents and young people in abuse, neglect, custody and delinquency matters, and taught business law through the Wilmington College Prison Education Program. She is a national and international speaker on artificial intelligence, legal education, professional development and the future of legal practice, and received the National Contract Management Association's Contract Management Education Award.

Her nomination captured her professional philosophy: "Legal education should not simply transmit existing knowledge. It should prepare people to navigate change responsibly, expand opportunity, and use law and technology in service of others."
