The week has been extremely busy.
Unfortunately, I have noticed a marked increase in judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. That is a very telling indicator of the state of the economy.

My last three days have been VERY busy. Not only over 50 serves, but an extraordinary amount of mileage.
I had serves/postings in Multnomah, Clackamas & Washington Counties in Oregon but also in Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum & Skamania Counties in Washington.
This is why I deduct over 65,000 miles per year.

This week has been very busy.
Unfortunately I have noticed a marked increase in Judicial and non-judicial (TNOS) foreclosures.
A clear indicator of the state of the economy.

As a Civil Process Agent with over 24 years of experience in this industry and 16 years experience in the Retail Loss Prevention industry before this ... I think I have a pretty good read on when people are lying to me.

I operate in Portland, OR.
I have lived here for over 32 years.
I drive this city, the surrounding cities and towns and a multiple number of the counties in NW Oregon and SW Washington EVERY day!

Believe me when I say ...
There is NO rioting.
There is NO burning.
There is NO rampant violence.

NONE!

The current administration is LYING to the American public.

Had the serve where the recipient of a Trustee's Notice of Sale pulled a gun on me and told me to "get off of my property".
Drop served.
Still ... not your property YET ... that's why it's being foreclosed.
