Nate has been capturing St. Pete, beautiful homes, and special moments through his lens for years, and honestly… his work never stops amazing me. The attention to detail, the creativity, the way he makes every space feel alive in photos 😍

We’ve worked together for years now, and it’s always such a good experience collaborating with someone who cares this much about their craft.

I wanted to formally introduce the newest member of the family. His name is Ray. His uncle Juan Diego said “Ramón” (Raymond), and I liked it, but he’s also like a little ray of sunshine, so Ray just stuck ☀️

I was helping a dog rescue organization ( 🥹) One night they received too many dogs and sent me a message asking if I could temporarily foster him while someone adopted him.

Ray came from a home where he lived outside in the backyard, with very little care, alongside 13 other big and small dogs.

But he turned out to be so perfect, loving, calm, and quiet… and he gets along so well with Homie-D and Leo (my cats). So yeah, I fell in love 😍 

I thought I was helping him, but in the end, he was the one who ended up helping me. He has brought so much love and happiness into the house.

Sometimes the pets we rescue end up rescuing us right back 🥹🧡

Please remember there are so many amazing dogs waiting for a second chance at shelters and rescues everywhere.

If you’ve ever thought about adopting, fostering, donating, or even just sharing posts from rescue organizations, this is your sign ✨

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom ❤️🤍💙

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a reminder of the sacrifices made so we can enjoy moments with family, friends, and the communities we love so much.

Feeling extra grateful today for this beautiful country, our freedom, and the people who made it possible 🇺🇸✨

April continued the theme of a healthy, active market across both Hillsborough and Pinellas. Buyers are still showing up and closing deals, and home prices are holding firm, actually ticking higher compared to both last month and a year ago. Homes that are priced well are not sitting long.
