My Uncle and law partner for over 25 years, David Frauenhofer passed away last week. David was fiercely intelligent and yet without ego (a rare combination for any person, but even moreso for a lawyer). More than anything, I’ll remember David as being a kind man with a wonderful sense of humor. He loved the music of Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen (and Tracy Walton). 🙂 He loved Mel Brooks movies. He loved his family and his many dear friends.
Please no condolences in response to this post. However, sharing a story or experience involving David would be much appreciated. The world is not quite as bright without David in it. I think those who knew him would best honor him simply by being kind to those who cross your path...even (and especially) when there’s no apparent reason to do so. Cheers, David!
