Dave McClintock started in Real Estate back in 1977, when, at the age of 18 he passed his
California Real Estate Salesman exam, and started as a real estate agent with Walker & Lee
Realty in Whittier, CA
At the age of 20, he bought his first home. At this time, he had already accepted a position with
a real estate developer in charge of land acquisition. Through Dave’s effort, over 300 homes and
a

partments were developed in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. In 1984, at age 26 Dave went on his own and built his first home. He went on to develop and
build over 40 homes. By 1993, Southern California was in a real estate downturn. Dave transitioned from building to
being a mortgage broker. He worked as a mortgage broker until 2014, then joined Pinnacle
Capital Mortgage as Branch Manager in Torrance, CA. Pinnacle Capital was acquired by Finance
of America in 2015. In February 2019 Dave accepted a position as Branch Manager with Amcap
Home Loans a Direct Lender in Torrance. In October 2019
Amcap Home Loans exited California and Dave accepted a position as Branch
Manager with American Pacific Mortgage, A California based company. Dave, a graduate
of Cal State Fullerton, holds a California Real Estate Brokers License, a
Nationwide Mortgage License, and a California General Contractors License. Dave has been a trusted in
house lender with Century 21 Amber Realty for over 23 years
Dave ‘s many real estate experiences enhance his knowledge in all aspects or real estate. When
