⚠️Did you know Uber’s proposed ballot measure could affect YOUR case, even if Uber isn’t involved? ⚠️

The proposal is being marketed as a win for accident victims by letting them keep 75% of their settlement. But attorney fees, medical bills, expert costs, and court expenses all have to come out of that same 25%. That makes it nearly impossible to afford the legal support needed to build a strong claim.

This affects car accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, product liability, and all auto cases across California.

When you can’t fully support your claim, insurance companies end up deciding what your case is worth. That is not consumer protection. That is a system designed to minimize payouts.

If you have questions about how this could impact your rights, we are here to help.

Defense told us we were going to lose. They refused to accept any responsibility for the collision.

This was a shared liability case, but we trusted the facts and took it to trial.

A Santa Monica jury found the defendant 68% at fault for a preventable crash.

Liability secured. Now we move to the damages phase next week.

After 30 years with the same employer, our client was terminated when she got sick and needed time off.

The defense argued her case wasn’t worth much because she earned minimum wage. We disagreed.

We took the case to trial. After the Court ruled on key motions in limine, the case resolved for $3.5 million.

Value isn’t determined by wages. It’s determined by what was taken.

Our client was driving his work truck on a green light when another driver ran the intersection and t-boned him, leaving him with a serious back injury that required surgery.

This was a team effort!

Thank you to our wonderful co-counsel Connie Arroyo of Arroyo Law for trusting us and working alongside us to secure this result.

The $8.5 million settlement will help cover his medical care, lost wages, and rehabilitation. If you have a complex case that would benefit from co-counseling, please reach out to us.

Who’s at fault here?

A red car enters a residential intersection first, then a gray car comes through and hits them.

Does going first mean you had the right of way? Or does timing, speed, and visibility play a factor too?

In California, the first car to enter an intersection does not automatically mean the other driver is 100% at fault. Speed, obstructed views, and traffic controls all come into play.

Drop your answer below: the gray car, the red car, or both (what percentage)? 👇

Who’s at fault here?

A car cuts in late to make the off-ramp. The truck reacts by veering wide and nearly causes a crash.

So who’s responsible?

In California, fault often comes down to right of way, unsafe lane changes, and how drivers respond to dangerous situations.

Drop your answer below: the car, the truck, or both (what percentage)?

Your employer cannot fire you for taking a protected leave of absence in California, and they cannot hide behind a false reason to justify it.

Our client initiated a leave of absence from his job due to a disability. When he was terminated, his employer claimed he had gone absent without contacting anyone. The problem? Their own HR records told a different story.

We secured a $400,000 settlement on his behalf.

If you were terminated while on leave, or if your employer’s reason for firing you doesn’t add up, you may have a strong wrongful termination claim.
