Both can exist but you need to choose what aligns with your business goals.

Too many loan signing agents are accepting $55–$65 signings because they don’t realize their value. If you’re a trained, professional loan signing agent, your time, accuracy, travel, and responsibility matter. There are companies that will pay $100–$125 per signing when you know your worth and stand firm. This is a business, not a favor.
