My first post read wrong. All courtroom 12 cases in Toledo Municipal Court are continued. Except for in custody.

Corona virus update: Oregon Municipal Court will conduct business as usual, except for minor misdemeanor traffic cases scheduled March 17, 2020 to March 31, 2020. Those cases will automatically be continued six weeks.

They are granting an automatic 90 day continuance on court costs and fines.

Corona virus update: Toledo Municipal Court

Pending traffic cases are being rescheduled to after June 1. Arraignments are still being heard

Pending OVIs are being rescheduled to after April 1. Arraignments are still being heard.

All non violent pretrials are being rescheduled. See the list below of crimes that will be heard as scheduled.

Fines and costs are continued an additional 90 days.
