🌟Favorite Part of Real Estate: I honestly never planned on becoming a Realtor, but my family kept encouraging me to get my license, and I’m so glad he did. I loved the industry, loved working with people, and realized it could give me a career I loved while still having flexibility for my family. One of my favorite parts is that I still get to work alongside my aunt, sister-in-law, and a group of agents who truly feel like family!
I love being part of the Tipton community and helping people buy and sell homes in the same area that has always been home to me. Real estate has given me the opportunity to meet so many people, be apart of some really big moments in their lives, and build a career that works alongside being a mom; which is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
🌟What Did You Do Before Real Estate?: I started working for my aunt at her real estate office as a summer job back before smartphones were a thing, when we were still printing MapQuest directions to get to showings! After college and a year at another job, I returned to work as the office manager before eventually getting my real estate license.
🌟 More About Summer: I’m married to my husband, who is in sales and also coaches football, so fall is always a little crazy at our house. We have three kids, our twin girls, Mia & Demi, and our little boy, Jett. We also have a St. Berdoodle, Bear, and a new puppy Miller.
When I’m not working or chasing three little kids around, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling somewhere warm, especially St. John & the BVI, working on projects around our house, enjoying a nice marg and some queso at a local Mexican restaurant, and spending time at Lake Manitou.
