My very first Red Day ❤️🏡🌱

Today, I had the opportunity to give back alongside so many amazing people from Keller Williams, serving the Catonsville Children’s Home through community service projects. From painting and gardening to all kinds of hands-on work, it was incredible to see everyone come together with one goal — helping others and making a difference.

I personally spent the day gardening — pulling weeds, planting flowers, and helping make the landscaping look beautiful again. Honestly, it was so therapeutic and rewarding. There’s something really special about taking time to serve your community and pour love into a space that supports children and families.

Seeing so many people show up to help and support was inspiring, and I’m grateful I got to be a part of it. My first Red Day was definitely one to remember ❤️

If my credit wasn’t where I wanted it to be but I still planned to buy a home in the next 3–6 months, here’s exactly what I’d focus on:

First, I’d pull my full credit report and really understand what’s impacting my score.

Next, I’d start paying down my credit cards as much as possible. Even lowering your balances can make a big difference.

I’d make it a priority to pay every bill on time — no exceptions.

I’d also avoid opening any new credit cards or taking on new loans while preparing for approval.

At the same time, I’d be putting money aside for my down payment and closing costs.

A lot of people think you need perfect credit to buy a home, but that’s not always true. Sometimes it just takes a few smart adjustments.

If homeownership is on your radar this year, now is the time to start getting ready.

Tonight I walked into a real estate meeting with my kids and a bag full of snacks, wipes, and determination.

Were there interruptions? Absolutely.
Did I have to pause conversations to handle mom duties? Yes.
Was it easy? Not at all.

But here’s what matters — I didn’t stay home because it was inconvenient.

So many moms put their dreams on hold waiting for the “perfect time.” The quiet house. The extra support. The moment when everything feels aligned.

Entrepreneurship doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. And neither does legacy.

My kids are watching me learn, grow, network, and build. They’re seeing what it looks like to pursue something bigger — even when it’s uncomfortable.
