Don't forget! BBQ & Pool party is today from 4:30 to 7:30. We will have vinyl gloves and masks available for safety while you are in the food or raffle ticket line. We have lots of great raffle prizes, Costco dogs & chili with all the fixins, music, face painting and lots of fun!

We are very sad that we won't be able to host an Easter Egg Hunt again this year! However, the Easter Bunny will be handing out treat bags for all the kids on Saturday, April 3d between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m. Stop by the office if you don't see him out and about!

Just finished filling all the holiday treat bags for the kids! Don't forget to bring them by the office on Thursday the 24th between 9 am and 1 pm to pick up their treats. Happy Holidays to everyone!

Happy Halloween! On Saturday, Oct. 31st we will be handing out treat bags for all the kids from 12:00 1:00 pm. If your kids can't make it here at that time, give us a call and we'll be happy to hold one in the office until 3 pm when we close. Stay safe and have fun!

The Easter bags are ready for the kids to come grab tomorrow afternoon or Saturday! We are so bummed that we can't do an egg hunt this year 😢 We'll appreciate it more next year I guess!

Checking in with all our residents to see how you're doing. Everyone hanging in there OK? The office is still open, just practicing social distancing but please let us know if you have any concerns or need anything. We do have quarters for laundry also. Stay safe! Hopefully things will be back to normal soon.

Fall is here! Boo! I don't know about you guys but I definitely wasn't ready for summer to end so soon! Cooler days are coming so make sure to test your heaters to make sure they all work and to burn off any dust. If you find a heater not working first try the reset switch. (under the grill, on the left side, you'll see a silver circle with a small black circle in the middle, push that button with a pencil or something that will fit between the grills) that should re-set the heater if the safety switch has tripped. If that doesn't work, notify the office and we'll get a maintenance request filled out to get someone there to fix it for you.
