🖊️ NOTARY TIP TUESDAY
Here’s something I didn’t always know either… 😄
A notary can help make sure your signature is properly notarized—but we can’t choose the document for you or tell you which legal form you need.
For example, if you call and say:
“I need a Power of Attorney.”
My next question may be… “Which kind?” 👀
And no, I’m not trying to make things difficult! 😂
There are different types of Powers of Attorney and other legal documents, and choosing the right one is a legal decision. A Texas notary can explain the notarization process, check identification, complete the proper notarial certificate, and notarize your signature—but we cannot give legal advice unless we’re also qualified to do so.
So before your notary appointment:
✅ Know which document you need
✅ Bring the document with you
✅ Bring your proper ID
✅ And please—don’t sign it until it’s time!
A little preparation can make your appointment quick and easy. 💙
