We're growing again! Seeking an entry level paralegal to join our 5-person legal team.
The Davidson County, NC, based law office of Roller Law, PLLC is seeking an Entry Level Paralegal to join our team Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are an established but growing law firm offering a collaborative, professional setting that prioritizes work-life balance.
Typical job duties to include:
-Answering phones
-Maintaining message and voicemail systems
-Scheduling appointments and maintaining multiple office calendars
-Greeting clients
-Managing intake processes
-Collecting and sorting mail and packages
-Payment processing and light bookkeeping
-Filing, scanning and copying documents
-File and case management
-Monitoring, ordering and stocking office supplies
-Written correspondence
-Provide administrative support to attorneys
-Entry level paralegal work
-Preparing fee applications
-Running basic errands to courthouse, post office, bank etc. . .
-Other duties as assigned
Location:
Downtown Thomasville, North Carolina. Our firm serves clients primarily in Davidson and Randolph Counties. Some local travel for errands will be required.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years of relevant paralegal, office and/or administrative experience. Prior experience in a law office or courthouse setting is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check.

-Experience with Google Drive, Gmail, E-Filing and Case Management Software appreciated and preferred
Hours:
Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rage:
Hourly: $12 to $14 per hour, based on skills and experience.
