Described as "20' west of the centerline of the road","1' south of a fence" and "89' Northeast of a church building". Uncovered an NGS Monument that had not seen the light of day since 1952 yesterday. There was no longer a church, just woods and more woods.

If you pay someone to survey your land and they are not licensed for land surveying in the State in which the land is located(or working directly under a licensed surveyor), you have thrown your money away. Not only that, but the person who took your money is breaking the law and can be fined by the State licensing board.
