Get to know the dedicated professionals behind Silvis, Ambrose, Lindquist & Coch. Today, we’re spotlighting Partner and Attorney, Ben Lindquist.

Joining our firm in 1996 after graduating with his J.D. at the University of Alabama School of Law, Ben has proven himself as a talented and successful trial lawyer. He heads our Personal Injury division, traveling all over Georgia to represent injured clients. Licensed in Georgia and Alabama, and along with our Florida-licensed attorneys, we represent clients across all three states.

Professionally, Ben is a member of GTLA (Georgia Trial Lawyers Association). He’s also an elder at First Presbyterian Church and is actively involved in global missions and various other ministries of the church. He serves as a mentor for Kid’s Hope USA, mentoring students at Harper Elementary, and alongside his wife, Heather, he is a host parent for Goalline Ministries’ Adopt-A-Student Program at Thomas University, where they have multiple adopted student-athletes. Ben and Heather have five children (four married) and five grandchildren.
