SAFETY YIELD - let’s change Texas law to allow cyclists to:

(1) treat stop signs as yield signs; and,

(2) treat red lights as stop signs.

Check out the Texas Safety Yield bill four minute animated video, One Pager, FAQs, NHTSA Safety Study and bill language at the link below. The Texas Safety Yield has been filed in the Senate as SB 864. We are still waiting for the bill to be filed in the Texas House.

The following video on Texas Safety Yield provides an overview of how it works and its benefits.

NEW TEXAS PATIENT SAFETY LAW

It’s amazing that the Texas legislature pulled together and passed this bipartisan legislation! Thanks to Rep. Johnson and KXAN!

Driverless vehicle crashes? This tragic crash just happened in the Woodlands.

If an auto manufacturer designs and markets a car that can drive autonomously, they better be sure it is safe, not just for the occupants of that vehicle, but for everybody else on the road too.

Tesla owners keep doing the same dangerous thing.
