My objective is to look beyond the headlines and ask a more practical question: Where are the opportunities for developers and investors in this new environment?
From my perspective, a balanced market can actually be a very interesting market. It forces us to become more disciplined about land acquisition, construction costs, financing, product design, pricing, absorption, and exit strategy.
