To All Tenants & Owners;

It’s Freezing ❄️ Temps Time Again!

It is expected to freeze potentially Saturday-Monday. Please keep your eye on the weather station and follow news advice on how to prevent pipes busting.

Property Management Instructions in addition to news tips:
- pool/spa pump left running 24/7 to keep circulating the water so it does not freeze.
- make sure the outside pipes and hose bibs are wrapped and covered
- cover plants with blankets/sheets. Plants & landscaping are expensive to replace.
- leave the sinks inside dripping a slow drip.
- Keep heat on inside and leave attic access open slightly to allow some heat in the attic to warm the attic pipes.
- Please also wrap exposed pipes that go to garages, sheds & storage like washer/dryer lines and sprinkler system pipes.
- Turn sprinkler system off at the main.
- Cover outdoor water softener systems with blankets.

🚨Locate water main shut off to the house before Saturday. Test it to know how to turn it off quickly in the event of a water line break. Turn off water main and drain sink lines if going out of town. Leave heat on and cabinets open.
