So honored to have the opportunity to represent a client on appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Senior Associate Gage Fender did an excellent job arguing the case yesterday at the beautiful courthouse in San Francisco.

I am so proud of my team. We were hired last minute to file a Petition for Writ of Mandamus with an impending trial date of today. Starting Monday morning, we divided up the work evenly between the attorneys and worked together to complete a well-drafted and well-researched petition in less than two days. Yesterday morning, the court of appeals granted an emergency stay of the trial proceedings and requested a response. I could not be more proud of the work of our team, including our paralegals, who worked tirelessly to get the documents needed for the record.
