The Trump administration has fully restored the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program for immigrants brought to the U.S. as young people, complying with a federal judge’s order.

USCIS announces new fees to go into effect on October 2, 2020. UPDATE: A federal judge ruled on September 29, 2020 that the new fees cannot go into effect yet. So at this time, fees remain the same.

The Trump administration is dramatically increasing fees for dozens of immigration and work applications, including a more than 80 percent increase on naturalization applications and a first-time fee for asylum applicants.

Judge in Maryland rules today that USCIS is to accept new DACA applications. Not sure how this will actually play out since USCIS has been rejecting new applications this last week.
