Well, as the long hot summer rolls along, many couples headed for divorce are busy with vacations, kids activities, moving, etc. Accordingly, we are in what many call the summer lull.

My availability is good right now for anyone wanting to do some ground work and make plans for going forward. The flexibility is that you can initiate your case and go forward and file anytime you want.

Thanks friends for all of your interest. It has been a quiet week with Harris County Family Courts having a "dead week." Which is court parlance for taking a breather to catch up on paper work. Each of the 10 Family Courts in Houston has thousands of active cases, and since efiling all documents has been mandated, the electronic "paper work" is enormous !

As a solo practitioner in the suburbs, my practice consists of upwards of 100 cases in several counties. Thankfully, the court dockets spread court appearances out into a manageable level allowing proper attention to each individual case.

I am always available for a consultation and can answer individual questions in a comfortable and confidential setting.

Hey Friends and former clients!

Have had a busy docket appearing in Court in Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend and Liberty counties. The paperwork to support my clients' position keeps me hopping as well. Family Law continues to dominate my time, I remain active in the Criminal courts defending clients and in Civil Courts prosecuting and defending causes of action.
