Since graduating in 1977, Pam offers 20+ years of
sales, marketing, and construction experience. Pam grew up on a family Apple farm in upstate New York and gained experience in sales and marketing at a very young age. Pam moved to Houston, TX in 1979 and began her Real Estate career as an Assistant to four national Vice President’s of Marketing for Coldwell Banker Commercial. In 1981, Pam opened Megatrend Designs, an architectural millwork business, with her ex-husband. Megatrend Designs offers custom millwork from the architecturally most demanding and luxurious residential estates to large commercial projects including, Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Commerce Bank. Pam has a passion for Real Estate and offers more knowledge than the average Realtor with her extensive construction background. Additionally, Pam personally owns and manages 13 rental properties in The Woodlands, TX so she loves to work with Investors! She offers experience with 1031 exchanges as well.
