Our Murphy's Corporate Housing Associates team spent October 8–11 at beautiful Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa in Colorado, and our CEO, Diane Berry, made sure our group experienced something truly extraordinary.

Archery. Raft building. UTV adventures through the canyon. Hula hoop competitions. Team hikes. Bike riding. Incredible scenery. Great food. Lots of laughter. And most importantly, time together away from the day-to-day.

What stood out most was the thoughtfulness behind it all. Every detail was planned with our team in mind. Diane’s generosity, hospitality and meticulous planning made everyone feel incredibly special. She has a way of making people feel valued, and this weekend was a perfect reflection of that. No detail was too small, and every experience was chosen with care. We were spoiled, celebrated, and truly treated like royalty. It was Diane’s way of saying “thank you” to her team, and we certainly felt it.

These are the experiences that remind us that great company culture isn’t just about where you work. It’s about the people you work alongside and knowing that those people are genuinely valued. We returned with stronger connections, unforgettable memories and a whole lot of gratitude.
