Even though the prices in counties like Rockland, Dutchess and Putnam are rising rapidly, those are still great places to live where you get larger properties for lower prices. As they say when it comes to being an Attorney you should take pride in what you do and always make sure the clients understand that while you want their business, you are not going to beg them or lie to them to get it. Why, simply because if in the end the client is not happy, you have failed. It does not matter how much you charge them or collect from them. What I find interesting is that the Banks that are foreclosing properties seem to rather auction the properties and lose money than allow the short sale to proceed that would result in more being paid to the Bank. I wonder if the shareholders of these companies are aware of what is going on.
